How did the name NAY Kurtis came into existence?

NAY Kurtis is the name derived from the name of our company – Noor Al Yasmin Tr. LLC which is based in Sharjah, UAE.

Where are the all products manufactured?

All our products are MADE IN INDIA, we import them from Delhi, Surat, Jaipur and Mumbai at present.

We see some products are only available in one size?

We want to give our customers more variety in the number of products, therefore we have more more varieties in designs and less sizes for a particular product, though we do have designs which do have 2-3 sizes each.

What if a product is defective when we receive them?

We throughly check our products before putting it up for sale online and also the product is checked again from top to bottom before delivering it to your doorstep therefore it is not a possibility that you will be delivered a defective product. Though in such a case do let us know via the CONTACT US form on our website the same day of receiving the shipment.

What if the delivered product’s size does not fit me?

Each product’s “Size available” is clearly mentioned with the product, so please do check that field when ordering. Also for your kind reference “Kurti Size Chart” is available at the bottom of all the pages. Incase if there is still a requirement for a size change, we will deliver the size required if it is available with us in stock with the shipping charges paid by the buyer. If the size required is not available with us, a pick up will be arranged (paid by the buyer) and then upon receiving the product, we will email you with a SHOPPING COUPON of the same amount at your registered email address which can be used to shop on our website. Refunds will not be provided.

How we can win free coupons, get eligible for free kurtis and interact with you socially?

We have an active facebook page (facebook.com/NAYKurtis) which we would advice you to LIKE so the updates and competitions can follow you. Also we send out emails to all our customers informing them about promotions, free coupons etc.

Can we wash the products in the washing machine?

Products which has embroidery work, machine work, hand embroidery etc cannot be washed in a washing machine. We advice you to give it to the laundry for DRY CLEANING purpose.

Why shipping is not FREE when most of the online stores provide the same?

We want our customers to pay for the product only what it is worth for. Also if you shop over AED 100, you are eligible for FREE SHIPPING.

What if we would like to come and pick up the product ourselves to avoid paying for the shipping?

We will be starting that facility soon but as of now the products will only be delivered via a courier company.

Can we pay online for our products?

Currently we are only providing Cash on Delivery option for our customers but we are working our way to accept online payments soon.

Where are the products shipped to currently?

We are shipping the products currently to anywhere in the UAE but we will soon be shipping them to Kuwait and Bahrain and in the near future we will be shipping across GCC.

What if there is a color variation in the received product?

We always try and mention “COLOR AVAILABLE” for a particular product. Please do check that field before ordering. Also there will be slight color variations keeping in mind our different computer screen resolutions and also the photograph resolutions.

What if we want to ask some details about a particular product?

We can always be contacted via CONTACT US form on our website and alternatively you can email us on sales@naykurtis.com with the correct product ID and the details you would like us to answer.

What if our question is not mentioned here?

Please use the CONTACT US form to ask us your question and we will reply you soon enough and also if we think other customers can benefit from that we will include it in our FAQ’s.

Do we need to refer to something before placing an order online?

We would highly recommend our customers to refer our Terms & Conditions section and also Privacy Policy section before placing an order with us.
